Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once you reach out, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Important Notes
Return shipping with tracking is required. We strongly recommend adding insurance for your protection.
Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been safely received and inspected.
gemereejewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Returns sent without prior approval or without contacting gemereejewels first will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and any applicable fees.
