All gemereejewels jewelry is handmade to order, created especially for you. Each piece is crafted with care once your order is placed. Please refer to individual product listings for current processing times. Processing time represents the maximum time required before your order ships — in many cases, your piece may be completed and shipped sooner, depending on workload and material availability.
If you prefer that your order does not arrive before a specific date, please contact us after placing your order. Likewise, if you need your jewelry sooner than the stated processing time, feel free to reach out to see if an expedited option is available. A rush fee may apply for priority requests.
While we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date due to factors outside of our control with shipping carriers, we are happy to guarantee a ship-by date once your order is confirmed.
Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer free USPS First-Class shipping within the United States on all gemereejewels orders. If you would like faster transit, you may upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping affects transit time only and does not change the processing time of your order.
All orders are carefully packaged in a gemereejewels branded jewelry box and thoughtfully prepared for shipping. We use protective padded mailers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Shipping Damage & Delivery Responsibility
Shipping damage is uncommon, but it can occasionally occur. If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the outer packaging before opening it. If the jewelry inside is also damaged, please photograph the item as well. These images may be required for insurance claims or replacement processing. Please contact gemereejewels as soon as possible if this occurs.
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, gemereejewels is no longer responsible for the shipment. However, if tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. In some cases, the carrier may be able to assist in recovering a misdelivered package.
